A national master plan for a solar energy complex generating approximately 250 MW across 12,449 dunams in the heart of the Negev. The complex comprises three power stations: two concentrated solar power plants using parabolic trough and solar tower technologies, and a photovoltaic station. The plan also incorporates pilot and demonstration facilities, visitor centers, and tourism observation points. The design navigated a dense web of coordination challenges, integrating national infrastructure corridors while minimizing the environmental footprint of the stations within the desert landscape.
