The project comprises two buildings: a community center of 1,280 sqm and a family health clinic of 180 sqm.
The design is grounded in comprehensive climatic principles adapted to the Negev desert, including a cooling tower at the main courtyard, green walls with integrated vegetation, natural cross ventilation, passive heating, thermal mass and insulation, enhanced natural lighting, shading elements, sustainable landscape design, and environmentally conscious building materials. The building is oriented along a north south axis for optimal climatic performance, with interior courtyards that generate an improved microclimate.
