Statutory plan for the expansion of Laqiya, one of the largest Bedouin towns in the Negev.
Master plan for the southeastern sector of Laqye. An expansion of the town through the planning of three residential neighborhoods spanning 1,370 dunams, comprising 2,242 housing units designed for populations in need of housing and young couples.
The plan was tailored to the specific needs of its future residents, incorporating standard residential plots alongside plots with commercial frontage and plots with auxiliary farmsteads.
